I never would have believed this kind of high pressure sales still existed. Tried to sell us every kind of insurance imaginable. Then said they were going to raise the price on the vehicle. Buy from someone else- beware.

It was a horrible experience. The car was scratched and damaged. Luke Wang was trying to convince us that financing was cheaper than cash and instance to take financing ($11,000 more on care price). He was not negotiating any pricing as I informed him I am comparative shopping and the point is to compare and take whatever dealership gives the best deals. He tried to pressure me into locking into the set price and not negotiate. He became very rude and agitated as I asked more questions and wanted to compare and seek best price. He showed no interest in helping the customer save any more or work with us. I will not shop here at all. In fact, this has pushed me to buy with BMW instead. I really hope this dealership hires better people that know how to negotiate and treat customers with care and respect.

I dealt with Jennifer on the phone, she was great, helpful, courteous, honest.....we worked for 3 days to get a deal, very happy with how it went.

Oddly enough I bought a used 2025 BMW i4 eDrive40 from Lexus of Lakeridge after seeing an AD on CG. I had a wonderful purchasing experience with both my sales rep and manager they were always professional and courteous, even helped with securing a winter wheel and tire package. Highly recommend them as professional and personable, very easy to talk to and was very happy with my purchase.
