Prompt communication but if you have low credit you’re limited be prepared.

Salesman seemed uninterested in helping. Cars were jammed into a small parking lot making it difficult to view a car. The mustangs I was looking at had broken door handles exterior and interior. Looks like they had been broken into. Very disappointing experience!

My Expierence at thsi dealership was super, Koby was very friendly as was his wife, he explained to detail the whole proccess, took his time no rush had a few laughs talked about alot of things not just cars, he was a human being not a sales rep who pushes you to buy. Koby we aree coming back i have a few more children that are going to be buying cars very soon. Stay Humble as you were, God Bless

Received a reply to my email within a few days, proper business should be returning it same or early next day? Email was polite and detailed, they were upfront by mentioning another customer already left a deposit. The car sold, two weeks later and still no follow up to let me know it was sold. Wouldn’t matter, I already bought a similar i3 with much lower mileage, more features and $6k less.
