Made Dealer an Online Offer, Does Not Want to Deal as Replied That Had Lots of Inquiries on it and Only Wants Listed Price. Now Has Increased the Price This Week on the Vehicle so Pretty and Is Apparently still for Sale So Hard to Call Them a Dealer When They Won't Deal.

This dealership was a letdown. Despite scheduling an appointment, the salesperson I was supposed to meet was unavailable, and I was assigned to a new salesperson who lacked knowledge about the car I was interested in. The car was clean and ready for a test drive, but they only allowed a short drive around the block unless I agreed to a price first. After several back and forths, I was 'allowed' to test drive on the highway. During the highway test drive, I noticed clicking noises, and the salesperson was inattentive, constantly on the phone and rushing us. The attitude of the salespeople and staff was condescending throughout. They also refused a pre-inspection or allowing the car to be checked by another mechanic. Overall, it was a pushy and uncomfortable sales process, too many red flags, and I would recommend avoiding this dealer.
