I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Lexus of Vaughan. There was no willingness to negotiate—neither on the trade-in value of my old vehicle nor on the price of the new one. The sales manager was rude and unprofessional, making the entire process uncomfortable. One of the key reasons I chose this vehicle was the remote start option. I was told the car had this feature, but since purchasing the vehicle, it has never worked. I have contacted the dealership multiple times, and each time I was told they are waiting for a response from Lexus Canada. There has been no follow-up and no resolution so far. This is not the level of service I expected from a Lexus dealership. Very disappointing experience overall.

Overall great experience at the location. Friendly, transparent, and honest. The only thing that was a hassle is that they required a wire transfer that held things for like a day and minor damage on the used car wasn’t repaired. However they provided new tires for the car so it was a fair trade.

Salesman increased price by $3 000 above market value just before I agreed to go see the car.
