Instead of adressing my inquiries directly, the representative spent approx 15 minutes advising me on various unrelated matters, diverting the conversationaway from the main point. This approach not only prolonged the call unnecessarilybut also left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experince. Improved focus and attentiveness to customer inquiries would greatly of service at the dealeships sale dept.
