Honda dealerships near me (Oshawa, ON, CA)

Good place to buy a car very nice respectful people the one thing I noticed was the Acura Rdx was4,000$ off then when I started to constantly look at it on car guru they put the price upward 3000$ . Tricky but everyone got to make a buck these days . Anyway i would buy a car from them when the price is right.

when I first heard back from dealer they asked if I would be trading in my old truck. I gave them the details about it then never heard back from them. I then received notice that the truck I was inquiring about had sold. A few days later the truck showed back up in my search. I contacted the dealer again wanting to know if the truck was available again and have not heard back from them.

She got back to me right away. Unfortunately,it was sold before I could go land look at it.

Staff was friendly as soon as I arrived, which I appreciated. However, I had an appointment scheduled and ended up waiting about 20 minutes because the sales representative I was supposed to meet was busy with another client. Another rep eventually stepped in to assist me. After going to his office, I was told the vehicle would be brought up in about 5 minutes, but it ended up taking closer to 20 minutes. By that point, I had already started to lose interest in the vehicle. It gave the impression that, since it was a used car, there wasn’t much urgency or preparation on the dealership’s part. Overall, the experience felt disorganized. In my opinion, the dealership should do a better job coordinating appointments to ensure customers are seen on time and that vehicles are ready and available as promised.
