Was positive, at first, with sales rep, Rod. Followed up on all my questions. Sent a detailed video of the vehicle & the necessary info. He understood that I'd have to drive 6 hrs to view the vehicle. I gave a deposit to secure the vehicle, based on me getting there to drive it. The manager, Alex, decided to step in, & tried to hustle me into sigining a docusign, with a price, I hadn't agreed to yet, & wouldn't, without seeing the vehicle. Did a more careful glance at the carfax, & there's a collision history on it. While the info is there, no one bothered to bring it to my attention. The vehicle I have now, when I purchased it, the dealer was upfront about it's collision history. Recently, there was a similar vehicle in Regina, that had hail damage on it, which the dealer disclosed immediately. Calgary Honda wanted to sell me this vehicle, above MSRP, with a collision history, & after so much back & forth, they decided they were not going to budge on their price. Waste of time!
