This dealership is a breath of fresh air! Very relaxed, not pushy and very thorough.

I was very disappointed in how the process of inquiring about this vehicle went. They replied immediately and I indicated I'd like to move forward with the deal. As soon as they got my financial information, it was radio silence. I texted for a follow-up the next morning, and did not recieve a reply until that night, at which time they said it was no longer available. I feel this is a bait and switch situation and I absolutely don't recommend the dealership.

Let them know I was not interested after I reviewed the vehicle and they kept on emailing me they just did not want to let go.

The people who work there are great and helpful. Abdul was amazing and he helped my finding my new car. I had trouble finding the right SUV for me but their expertise in SUVs was amazing.

A lot of confusing overlap in communications -(you never know exactly WHO you’re talking to > we had FIVE different people already involved before even visiting the place) Using “form-letters” & glib responses. This Ioniq was actually out of the picture when we decided to upgrade to New vehicle enquiries and the posted description failed to mention 2 costly trim/package conditions that a Manager later moved-in on, then sprung on us - boosting the price considerably. Miserly on their trade in values. Wish we’d been able to continue seamlessly with the Initial Sales girl/ contact…very professional & best of the bunch (wish I could name her - she deserves better…she was a peach)

Took a few hours to negotiate a deal and then two weeks for dealer to fulfill commitments for repairs and detailing.. Happy with the end result but was a bit of a struggle getting it right. Though dealer provided a loaner through the period so it was just a cost of time to me.
