Excellent service from the sales team at Koch - Lucas Speichert was the sales rep and was extremely polite and knowledgeable of my needs, even though I was not in a position to purchase this month we scheduled a follow up for mid February to look at options of purchasing

Terrible experience manager cursed me out when I called him out for hiding numbers and lying to my face because he thought he could pull a fast one on a young girl that went in there by herself. I will never go there again!!!!

Very dissatisfied, the truck I wanted to look at. Had not arrived yet, they sent me an introduction video of the salesman and promised me a video and pictures of the truck. As soon as it arrived, 3 days later. I contacted the dealership and they said sorry it's sold!!!!

Great response time and follow up. Larry answered email on a Saturday night and followed up Monday. Great service. I will be visiting Larry prior to making any final decision.
