The employee that I tried to communicate with was not helpful whatsoever . I even mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the Kaci of help he was giving and he still chose to do nothing that I asked. Brutal service. Coulda made a sale but left me hanging instead.

Caspian was fantastic went above and beyond in service, in my search for a truck i ran into some very sketchy people and when I met the guys at Caspian I felt comfortable right away they listened to my concerns and addressed them not just the simple "we will do what it needs to pass safety" before even finishing my questions!
