All was done via internet, the sales person was extremly helpfull even if the deal did not happen

contacted the seller, spoke to what i assume was an ai responder back and forth, only to be contacted by an employee immediately telling me the car had sold. (i initially contacted them at 10 pm and was told it sold at about 8am the next day)

I am in Toronto/Ontario and the dealer is in PQ. This can sometimes be difficult but Oliver made it easy. He brought all the threads together and created a very good buying scenario for me - very highly recommended
