What an amazing car buying experience we had at Lachute Toyota. I went with my grandaughter to look at a 2023 previously enjoyed Toyota Corolla LE with very low kilometers. The sales person listened to our needs, and answered all our concerns. We felt extremely well taken care of, without feeling pressured to purchase anything. I will definitely consider the Lachute Toyota team when it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle. We are picking the new car up in a couple of days.

Corresponded via email and they were prompt in answering my questions. Did not visit the dealership not speak to anyone over the phone

I went to the dealer (Subaru Lachute) 9 days ago. Left a deposit on the car as it had some superficial damage. We discussed pricing at the time and then I heard nothing. Today I received a call stating they were adding costs that were not mentioned in the original discussions. The car was not clean at the time of original visit. Would not do business with them. Disappointing really.

I inquired for a listing I thought was good. The dealership responded immediately and tried to assist thoroughly with even follow up vehicles if I was interested. Distance is quite too far for me and I’d not want to purchase without testing it out. Dealership was very pleasant and respectfully gracious in trying to help.

Car model was not what I was looking for.
