Was fairly simple to purchase but i must admit, a lot more complicated then GM with financing, considering i was by cash, they have much more steps.

This dealership was a letdown. Despite scheduling an appointment, the salesperson I was supposed to meet was unavailable, and I was assigned to a new salesperson who lacked knowledge about the car I was interested in. The car was clean and ready for a test drive, but they only allowed a short drive around the block unless I agreed to a price first. After several back and forths, I was 'allowed' to test drive on the highway. During the highway test drive, I noticed clicking noises, and the salesperson was inattentive, constantly on the phone and rushing us. The attitude of the salespeople and staff was condescending throughout. They also refused a pre-inspection or allowing the car to be checked by another mechanic. Overall, it was a pushy and uncomfortable sales process, too many red flags, and I would recommend avoiding this dealer.

I called this dealer and was told this car was in stock..I drove 325 kms to this dealer and when I got there they said the car was at another location ..mean while the message board and on line people keep email me to come in and see the car at Vaughn location ... ...finally I was told the car was sole ....2 days later I get another message from their one line Coordinator that this car is still there when I can come to see it ..after exchange and email and text messages it finally stopped.... this car was never there it was to draw other clients in the door to buy a..my opinion....what a waste of my time
