Good and informative. Answered promptly. This website said it had a tow package on it and they said it was a glitch in their website but they also say that they have a tow package It has still not been fixed after a couple days. I did do research to check about adding a tow package ship because Ford Explorer’s are a bit of a weird one to add a heavy tow package to. Just didn’t work out.

Booked an appointment Tuesday to meet with Kash for a test drive at 10am the next day. Arrived at 10. Door locked but we could see people inside. After 10 minutes of knocking, still no answer. Tried to call, no answer. Someone slipped out a side door so we asked if they were open he said yes. Pointed us to the side door he’d just opened. After 5 minutes inside being ignored, we finally got someone's attention. Kash wasn't there and apparently nobody else was interested in selling me a car. The guy who "helped" me eventually handed us keys to the car we wanted to test and then vanished again without a word. Of course the car was blocked in and had no plates, so I don't know why he bothered to give me keys. After almost 30 minutes on the lot being ignored, I'd had enough and left without my test drive. Zero customer service. Never even got a hello out of anyone. A complete waste of time, don't bother.

I was dealing with Jamie and I felt he wasted my time as the truck was already sold.Why would I want to go look at a truck which someone else has already bought.I don’t know if it was poor communication but I definitely would not go back to this dealership

I contacted this dealership for a vehicle that I couldn't find in my province so the person and I set up an apointment to view the car a week after. We spoke in detail about prices fees and condition of the car. The morning of the meeting I was in the city mind almost made up about buying the car, all that was left was to view the car and make sure it was in good condition. I then received a call to tell me they were rising the price of the car by $3,000. According to them it was a "mistake". The car had been up for Sale for about two weeks and they had all that time to correct it. Instead they waited to find someone who really wanted the car, made me come two provinces accross and jacked the price up. If this was a good dealership they would have honoured their original price specially given the circumstances. Worst experience buying something of my life.
