Staff were friendly to deal with in person and were happy to accommodate test drives. While trying to gain more information about the vehicles, that’s where the alarms started going off in my head. Other than a generic fitness certificate that listed the obvious visual issues with the vehicle, there was nothing else they could answer. The check engine light ‘could be’ injectors according to a code scanner. The exhaust tick ‘should be’ minor to fix. After finding out from my local mechanic what the known issues would cost me (without actually having gone through the whole truck) I sent in an offer via email. Hours later I got a reply that my offer was impossible to accept and thanked me for my interest. When I replied to ask what was the ‘possible’ amount they would accept; I have yet to hear back. The level of interest they show for your business when you aren’t there in person is nonexistent.

Decided to pull out and they gave me back my deposit
