You can't know everything about the car's history, condition, and maintenance from just CarFax reports. The 180-200 KM mileage range cars could be overdue for timing belt and water pump replacement because these components wear out with age and mileage. As a general consumer tip, watch out for underbelly rust on cars that were owned in ONTARIO, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador) -- cars driven there are more prone to corrosion because a lot of road salt is used in the winter months, and the Atlantic provinces have year-round salty ocean air.
