Did you check for voltage at park lamps fuse, hot all the time, use a test light to check for voltage. Voltage to the fuse is protected by fusible link. Do you know what caused the fuse to blow in the first place? If the problem that caused fuse to blow is still present, it'll just blow the fuse again.
