Car won't start

My car will crank but won't turn over. We
have replaced the all of the emission
system, coil pack, crank sensor,and all of
the catalytic converter's.

The things you replaced are very unlikely to have caused the car to not start. Check and make sure you have fuel comming from the fuel pump, and make sure you have spark, and make sure the coil is hooked up correctly with the correct wire going to the correct plug

A quick way to rule out the fuel pump is to remove the air filter and spray starting fluid in... if it "POPS" than chances are it's in your fuel system
