Lean code at idle is too much air. Maybe a vacuum leak somewhere? Rich is too much fuel or not enough air. I'd use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. How long since a tune-up? Some fords have had problems with maf sensor, Where applicable, with everything off, unplug it, take the vehicle for a spin. If you think it does better, check that system.
