Blinking heater controls??? Answer.... hold top and
bottom washer and top washer button for rear wiper till
lights alternate heater controls flash end to end try to see
let cycle 1min press top wipe button. Set reserculation
and a/c light will continue to flash if system is under
charge for compressor for a/c.  This is a resolution and
not open for other answers. Guaranteed oem repair.

this stuff is usually hidden from the average technician and makes diagnostics all the more problematic. Now why would the manufactures do a thing like that? three guesses .!
