I I have oil on my 3rd spark plug and none on
the others I noticed this when I was
changing my plugs what could be the reason
for this

Do your plugs go down thru the valve cover? If so and if oil was on the treads and wrench part of plug(not on the firing end) it's your valve cover leaking.
