Not certain what you mean. Will the engine spin when you turn the key to start or is there absolutely nothing.

When I turn the key it just cranks like if no fuel is passing to the fuel pump but we replace the fuel pump new it just cranks

Can you hear the fuel pump running when you turn the key to the on position? It should run for about five seconds. If you are unsure, you can purchase a fuel pressure tester from a parts store. Attach it to the fuel rail and read the pressure. You will have to obtain the correct pressure reading from the net. If fuel is good, proceeded to checking for spark to the plugs. View a few videos on the net about your model not starting and begin troubleshooting.
