When i go to start my car it just clicks

Okay. If it will crank and start up with a jumper, then you most likely need just a battery. Go to an auto parts store to have the battery and alternator tested for free. Replace accordingly.

The car has been sitting for like 6 months just got it out the shop today from getting a transmission put in they jumped it and it started right up i get home turn the car off I been trying to just it and I can’t get the car to start

Lol they are alot of work thanks for letting me know that cause i was just gonna put a battery in and drive off
