When I cut my air on see a white smoke come from
air vents

That sounds like moisture from condensation. Try turning off the AC 5 minutes before you shut off the car.

    My air blows cold. You can even hear it blowing, wich sounds like full blast, but it's barely coming out the vents. Why? It is blowing cold.
