Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2008 Cadillac CTS won't start. Gave it a jump
and it almost cranked. Do I need better Jumper
Cables. The ones I have are thin and cheap. Plus
I'm trying to jump the car off of a2013 dodge
charger. Both main batteries are in the back

If the battery is very low, it may not take a charge. Try leaving the battery cables connected to each vehicle, and let the running vehicle try and charge up the battery a bit. The low battery may have a short in it as to not accept a charge. At least make sure you have good battery connections to the battery from the battery cables.
