My car runs hot off and on I change the thermostat and the sensor. it runs fine for about a week and then it starts to run hot again

Start by having the cooling system flushed !! The radiator only 14 years old ! ! Do the cooling fans run ?? You might need to replace the radiator . Make sure you bleed the cooling system correctly
