2000 chevy malibu

my car turns over like its gonna start but never does and when its does and i am driving
its will like jerk as if it died for a split second at certain speeds mainly 70 mph i do not
have the anti theft light on so i dont know if that is my problem. i have changed out the
crank and cam ps and coil pack did a fuel test eveything i can think of and its still doing
this i dont know what else to do .....
