Ok so we changed the timing chain and oil pump..
Now my truck will not start.. We have spark , fuel,
compression.. She will crank but not start. Also
new cam and crank shaft sensors

Did you change the spark plugs? Pull one and see if it smells like gas. If it does they are gas fouled.
