Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck dies while driving. Believe it is
shorting out. How do I find out where the
short is? Fairly new battery. Fuel pump amd
cam sensor replaced. My mechanic os
scratching his head on this one.

I've had this happen with both of my dodge 1500. With my 99, it was a leak in a vacuum hose and we had to just check the lines until we found it. With my 2008, it was simpler and we found that the gas gauge wasn't working so we were out of gas.
