Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We found there was a watery white slimy in the

truck started shaking and I would loose gas pedal
but rpm gauge would go up

This doesn't make sense, " loose gas pedal but rpm gauge would go up" is a indication of the transmission slipping. Although it does sound like you had a problem with water or something in the gas tank. I would put a product with Isopropyl in it to dissipate any water that may be in the gas tank and just try to run it, unless the transmission is slipping.
