F150 Won't Start

Switched the battery
Starter is new
Lights are working

I put my key in the ignition and turn it, but it won't crank.
No noise at all. I even tried to start it from the starter
under the car, it goes on, but the car won't turn on. I I turn
on the dashboard lights but the gauges stay down.

Trying to change a few fuses.

Any other ideas what it could be ?

move my steering wheel without a key in the ignition

As far as your starter, see the fuses in diagram, 20 amp and 30 amp, not only check those fuses, use a test light and check voltage on fuse circuits. At the starter motor, two voltage circuits, one comes from the battery, hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot when relay is energized. The starter should ground through engine block. Any testing at the starter, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set. I did look at your security system, it is a starter motor disable. Is there a security lamp on the dash that is on or flashing when you try to start it? If so, my info says you need a scan tool that can communicate with your security system in order to reprogram. I can't help you with that. Sometimes I tell people to use a memory saver when taking battery loose, so maybe they won't have this type problem, where applicable. After the fact, it doesn't help much, does it? Hopefully it isn't your security system?
