No start

02 Ford 150 4.2  truck ran fine in morning
got back in later moved then died. Changed
fuel filter,have pressure but it won't turn over
wondering if it's a relay or ?

By using the term "turn over", do you mean the engine will not spin when the key is turned to the start position? If so, check electrical connections. Is the key totally dead when turned to the start position, no response from the engine/starter at all?

I don't think u meant turn over. If it won't start, check fuel pressure at rail, if fuel pressure is above 35psi, check for spark at the plugs, if both are ok, do a compression test, it might've skip a tooth on timing chain. If u meant doesn't turn over, then U need to troubleshoot starter circuit
