I have a forward 1997 F150 in my driver side window will
not go down but my passenger side window will go down
at 1 point my driver side window would only go down when
my door is open and then all of a sudden one day it just
stopped working it won't go down but when I pressed the
button I hear ticking in the fuse Box

Sounds like the window is binding up. Dry tracks...broken regulator...worn guide wheels...any of these would cause this issue
