Not enough fuel pressure

Battery has a full charge and connections all good? My info says 60--66 psi for fuel pressure. The spider fuel system is noted for problems. If you have external fuel filter meaning external from fuel pump, you can check the filter. With filter make sure no pressure on system before taking any lines loose. Could be issue with pump? Make sure good voltage and ground at pump. Any applicable trouble codes? Just my opinion.
