You really need to have the codes read to see what the issue is. Take it to Auto Zone or Advanced to have the codes read for free...post the codes here for help....

My check engine light is on. Said it was o2 sensor. Had it replaced. The light came back on within 20 miles. Same code. Replaced second sensor and catalytic converter. Code came back on.

I have a 2009 legacy that just now has the cruise light flashing, check engine light, and the traction control light on. All 3 started at the same time. Auto zone said the only code it shows is a cylinder 1 misfire, but it doesn't feel like it's misfiring. Maybe it's an electrical problem?

How does the car feel? I'm asking because I have a 2005 Legacy with the flashing cruise light and the check engine light on, but I definitely feel shifting issues so I got this reading from auto zone today..

2005 Legacy check engine light cel and cruise control flashing, Code for O2 sensor bank 1 would not stay off. Found solution with O2 spacer, BUT, I had to modify the spacer and cut it down so the sensor was less withdrawn. Passed finally!!!

my 2006 Legacy check engine and cruise lights started blinking. I couldn't locate a fuse for the cruise, but disconnecting the battery negative for a couple minutes did the trick! keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't come back.
