Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 02 Pontiac grand Prix se. I drove it last
night and everything was fine. Went to go to work
and it will rurn over but not crank. I had a quarter of
a tank but the needle reads full and the full oumo
does not turn on. Could this be wiring or something
besides the fuel pump?

If "oumo" is code for pump then its pretty safe to say your fuel pump has failed. It could be a wiring or fuse issue, but most likely its the pump. Check your owner's manual for location of any fuses or relays and check them first. If you're taking it to a shop they will do a proper diagnosis before replacing things. If you're doing it yourself, be sure to change the fuel filter at the same time.

Fuel pump was not coming on. The car would turn over but not start. We changed the full pull and it still won't prime. And now something is draining my battery.

Check that a light hasn't been left on while working on the car. Have the battery load tested to make sure it's still good. After that it sounds like you're looking for an electrical problem. You'll likely need professional help for that.
