2003 montero sport

i need the name of a part. Its a threaded bolt that is part of a tensioner pulley to raise and lower a pulley. The head snapped off today when replacing the belt. I cant find the part on any of the mitsubishi websites, all that pulls up is the pulley itself.

I had the same problem and broke the tip of the casting trying to tighten that bolt. I could have avoided it by loosening the pulley before tightening the tension. If you are talking about that tension adjusting bolt, it may be a part of the full water pump assembly or the pulley assembly. Regards, Craig
