On my 1992 Lexus LS 400 all the lights on the dash came on, then no power, now wont start???

I was driving my 1992 Lexus LS 400 and all the lights on my dash came on, then blinked on & off then all the lights went off. I barely made it home, since I was right down the street. I had the light on my check engine light replaced about 2 weeks ago and I'm wondering if its connected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They might not have pushed the plug on and it lock in place. I would take it back to them and ask them to check it, or remove the dash and inspect it yourself to be sure.

My 1990 Lexus 400 the cluster light does not work anymore. What circuit board control the light and what part would I need to replace. Thank you in advance.
