Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? If it cranks good but won't start, check the basics, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs? Also, check for proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse? Now if the starter motor won't even crank, have to check starter motor wiring circuits. Two voltage circuits to starter motor, one comes from battery, hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot with key in the crank position and should be wired through neutral switch. the starter motor grounds through the engine block. Any testing at starter motor, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.

Full charge only thing I didn't get to check was the exciter wire to the starter I'll check that and make sure it's got power

Have power from ignition to fuse from fuse to relay but not from relay to starter
