I have a camaro that was converted from a tpi to
carb but is getting too much pressure in the carb
from the electric fuel pump is there a specific type
of regulator to regulate 60+ psi to about 5psi?
You may find one. I would think the easies was to do what you want to do is just buy a fuel pump for a carb. Remove the high pressure pump from tank and install a tube to the bottom of sender so it will pick up the fuel. And you can buy a pump for a carb for around $35 from the parts store. Then just mount the pump close to the tank in the supply line
yes... a pump 140 ghp and reg is a easy swap there are many ways to do this..
It's a 350 sorry n also a mechanical block pump on the side but doesn't seem like its strong enough to pull from the tank so if I go with the carb pump I have to remove the mech pump?
It you still have the fuel pump in the tank and you are trying to use a carb pump. The carb pump might have trouble drawing the fuel throughly the pump in the tank
