Have 2007 lexus rx350 you can hold gas
pedal to floor and it won't go over 2000 rpms
I changed throttle acuater and cleaned air
flow. Nothing

Took out o2 sensor eqaust ok code was accelerater accuater changed it nothing check fuses relays battery good hold it to floor no more than 2000 rpms
