Dirt was put in my engine how to get it out now

That is going to be tough to do, where was the dirt put in? Actual dirt you are talking? Or just debris from a repair.

If it was in the gas tank, you might get away with a complete fuel system replacement- everything, clean tank, fuel lines, replace filter and injectors- this will cost a lot but still be cheaper than a new engine- hopefully
