Grinding noise

I replaced my front brakes and rotors was
Shakie and car is still making a grinding
noise what could it be

Are you sure its the brakes making the noise and not the front wheel bearings. Lift the front of car and turn the wheels by hand and listen for the noise.

Also make sure the brake dust shield did not get bent during the replacement and now rubbing against the rotor. I've seen that quite a few times.

Make sure you installed the brake pads facing the correct way and that the metal part is towards the brake piston and not the rotor.
