What type of car and is it manual or auto transmission?
2003 Hyundai Tiburon manual transmission . Turns over.
Turns over but no spark? Try the Cam Position Sensor.
Possibly timing belt issue. Should have been changed at 60000 miles. If engine is 2.0L or 2.7L use caution if over that milage. Those are interference engines and if belt breaks or jumps time serious engine damage may occur. A compression check will verify of damage has been caused to engine because of timing belt issue. Does engine seem to turn over faster than it use to? If so inspect timing belt and do compression check.
