I have a question is it right to allow someone to advertise a vehicle for 1.00 or 900 and it’s a lie or 1950 and when you call and find it’s avaikable or text they lie and blame the web host and say it will take 48 hrs to a week before change happens if it does and then you start getting calls every day there after asking if you want to buy a car they can help they no longer mention the lie they go with you filled out a inquiry about a vehicle which vehicle are you interested in . I feel if you knowingly place a vehicle at the wrong price then you should be held to it it is not the third party who inputs your info it is you have you read some of your descriptions !! Boo my point it’s premeditated false advertising in which to mislead trick and gain your way the information you other wise wouldn’t have since the category was much lower than what you’re really wanting only one placed the true amount way at the end of a very boring description of vehicle . If the web host allows this type of shenanigans to go should be obligated both or the seller alone and should they be held to honor the said price of the vehicle the knowingly placed on that vehicle or any like it . Knowing it is illegal to do such things so much so they now have categories to report and submit what would be a fair solution you would think people would simply just do it right . I’d like to know what look holes are tied to this lie because at the end of the day you can’t win when the process to get to place the ad is foul proof .
