Truck won't start

I have a 1995 Ford F150xl that stopped running. When I try to crank it the battery shuts off. I put a new battery in it and soleinoid still same problem. Should I replace the starter or alternator?

Do you mean that it has no spark? It will crank over but when you check spark, there is zero?

Had same problem with focus its a software issue they told me at oreilleys

Try replacing your PCM relay. Some call it the EEC relay also.

It wont even crank over now. Turn the key and the battery goes off. Disconnect and reconnect battery and it does the same thing. No crank and battery cuts off.
