Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck has bin rolled. I'm aware
that it could be numerous things
but I have a hunch its it's some
kind of saftey feature engaged
can anyone tell me where to start

It's bubba speak for "been rolled", lol. OP I assume your primary problem is it's not starting. If it doesn't crank, check all wiring, try a voltage drop test to starter and see if you at least have voltage there. Reseat all relays/fuses. Chevy's do not have a physical fuel shutoff/inertia switch (to the fuel pump) like Fords do, they rely instead on the ECU to cut power to fuel pump. Google what triggers that, it may be the SRS/air bag module, until that module is reset fuel pump may not be getting voltage.
