Have had trouble for a bit with my car and starting. It was starting after several clicks of trying to turn over engine (turn of the key) eventually it started. Now after we replaced the starter and have tried getting a jump start .. It still won't start. It try's to turn over but doesn't. It doesn't seem like fuel is getting where it needs to go but how do I know it's the fuel pump??
