HELP !!!! Rear driver side turn signal &
brake light are out. All parking lights work.
Turn signal is blinking fast. I have replaced
all bulbs & still no go! PLEASE HELP

When the turn signal is blinking fast, this indicates a burnt bulb. It is possible the new bulb you have is not working or it is not making contact in the socket. Try moving the bulb with the blinker on to see if you can get it to work.
