Asked by Anthony Feb 07, 2016 at 04:28 PM about the 2000 Lexus ES

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

As I'm driving down the highway, my 2000 lexus
300es feels like in drops out of gear and then picks
up again. It does this every 6-8 seconds. It does
this at high and low rpms. It does it less frequently
in town at lower speeds. It stalls until I push the
gas a little harder. If I leave the gas alone, it will
eventually kick back in.

No lights on dash and it feels like transmission. And yes the transmission fluid is full. I forgot to mention it doesn't do this on an incline.
